When video is out of sync, reload the page, and pause the movie before it starts. Then wait it load for a while (abt 10 secs) then start it.

She is so extraordinary good. Watching this fluent talk was a breeze. I am tired of all this techies who ruin an interesting talk with their lack of presentation skill (albeit I would define my self as a techy to a great degree). Reading her biography I am even more impressed. Such a great academic background, too! Thank you — watching this wasn’t a miserable failure :)
